Trek Bicycle will be introducing 2 new models this holiday season with chainless sprockets. Instead of the garment eating chains they will be belt driven much like motorcycles and snowmobiles. These belts will be made of carbon fiber, will not need to be greased, will last longer (about 3 years) and can be cleaned with a normal cleaning agent. Read more
