So today Adobe launched the newest installment of the creative suite. It is the fourth iteration and with a complete 18 months after taking over Macromedia’s collection of apps, we should see more seemless integration between programs like Photoshop, Dreamweaver and Flash. After watching the live launch webcast this morning I learned about the new features that would help my day move at more fluid pace. Check it out for yourself

That is if I can ever get a software and PC memory upgrade with budget’s being cut. That is besides the point and I can go on for hours on the unsatisfactory hardware/technology I deal with daily.

Anyway, who is looking forward to the new Adobe CS4 collection? Who still has CS1 at their place of employment? Me.

My name is Mike and I have been designing, managing and creating web related material over the past several years since I graduated from the Illinois Institute of Art in September 2004.

I have enjoyed my time while creating for Live Nation – Motorsports (now Feld Entertainment Motorsports and formerly Clear Channel Entertainment – Motorsports) and presently the Chicago Tribune where we are experiencing a very exciting time with the re-invention of the newspaper and its websites. Over my time spent at these conglomerates I have met some very interesting and intelligent people that have taugh me so much about life, business and balance that I will never forget.

I find that creativity lies in the hands of the objector…if that makes any sense. Well design/art/creative is objective and can be interpreted anyway one seems fit. Here you will find samplings of my work along with my interests in technology and the web.

So enjoy and please comment/critique at any time.

    Regards,

    MP
